🛠️ About the role (What you’ll be doing)

We are currently looking for a passionate doctor to join us in our mission to make healthcare accessible, convenient, and safe for our patients in Japan.

  • This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from the comfort of your own home. (ご自宅やご勤務先など、プライバシーやセキュリティのあるインターネットが整った環境での、完全在宅勤務のお仕事です。)
  • We welcome candidates who can commit to working a minimum of one day per week with regularly scheduled shifts. (週1より勤務可能です!)
  • You will conduct telehealth consultations with patients, including assessing, screening, diagnosing, and prescribing medication as necessary. (自費診療の問診、処方可否の判断、処方、パソコンでのカルテ入力業務になります。)
  • You will adhere to our platform guidelines and policies, completing all required training.(マニュアル完備、事前に研修もあります。)
  • You will provide an exceptional clinical experience for patients through the delivery of prompt and empathetic care through online consultations.

🥼 About you (Who you are)

  • Must Have: Holds a medical license and registered to practice medicine legally in Japan & have at least 3 years of experience as a doctor.(医師免許をお持ちの方。専門医の有無は問いません。3年以上の経験必須。)
  • Communication: Empathetic, friendly and approachable.
  • Technological Proficiency: Comfort with digital tools, including proficiency in using telehealth platforms, electronic health records, and other digital tools.

  • Language: Native level Japanese & business level English.(ネイティブ日本語、ビジネスレベルの英語スキルをお持ちの医師、大歓迎です!)
  • Cultural Competence: Understand and respect cultural differences in patient interactions.
  • Adaptability to New Tools: Quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and updates.
  • Troubleshooting: Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues that may arise during virtual consultations.
