Overview
Hawk is looking for a strategic, action-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to optimize the performance and impact of our marketing efforts. In this role, you will manage the systems, processes, and data that power our demand generation engine and ABM programs. You'll be responsible for building and improving marketing infrastructure, campaign operations, lead management, reporting, and overall marketing efficiency.
Your Responsibilities:
Campaign Operations
Support campaign planning and execution through account and contact segmentation, program setup, workflows, and automation
Build scalable processes for campaign execution, lead routing, scoring, and nurturing
Develop and manage the technical architecture to support ABM campaigns
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to launch, test, and refine ABM programs
Data Management, Reporting & Insights
Develop dashboards and reports to measure performance of marketing activity
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve lead quality and conversion
Manage account scoring and engagement tracking across key accounts
Monitor and report on ABM performance metrics such as account engagement, pipeline influence, and attribution
Work with RevOps to align on lead/account lifecycle stages and conversion KPIs
Process Optimization
Identify and drive continuous improvements in marketing processes, automation, and workflows
Collaborate with RevOps to improve funnel velocity and campaign impact
Marketing Technology & Systems
Work with RevOps to build and maintain a marketing tech stack
Identify, evaluate and implement new tools that improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency
Your Profile:
>3 years of experience in marketing operations
Strong understanding of HubSpot along with knowledge of ABM and sales enablement tools
Experience in lead flow, lead scoring and campaign automation
Strong analytical mindset with a love for Excel
Solid understanding of B2B marketing metrics (MQL, SQL, pipeline attribution, etc.)
Experience working in fast-paced B2B tech environments
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, API integrations, or low-code tools like Zapier is a plus
Understanding of data privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
