Primary Purpose And Function

The Professional Services Specialist will work with our newest customers, ensuring successful configuration of the LineLeader platform. The Specialist’s primary objective is to support optimal product configuration, data importation, and system integrations are set-up in an accurate and timely manner and that the customer has a thorough knowledge of the features, functionality and maintenance of the platform. To be successful in this role the Services Specialist should have knowledge of the LineLeader platform, including all features that transcend the customer base. As a Professional Services Specialist, you will work closely with the larger Services team, as well as Sales, to plan, coordinate and execute implementation activities including but not limited to:

  • database creation
  • reviewing workflows
  • importing client data
  • connecting or implementing client websites
  • acting as the customer consultant as needed

Along with providing implementation services, the Specialist will meet both team and personal goals as defined by the Professional Services Leader to promote the optimization of the role and the Services team.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain required implementation artifacts including project plans and schedules, proper documentation of progress in HubSpot, and customer configuration documentation.
  • Demonstrate an expert level of knowledge over all LineLeader products and integrations.
  • Follow the established policies, procedures, and workflows outlined for successful client implementation.
  • Assist with the formal handoff from sales to professional services team.
  • Conduct regular customer web conferences in order to achieve implementation goals and timelines.
  • Continually strive to improve the Services Organization processes by enhancing best practices and proactively identifying areas of improvement.
  • Consistently achieving monthly KPI performance goals.
  • Contribute to ongoing internal content creation, documentation, and client account audits.
  • Having great verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff within an organization, from center directors to top management.
  • Maintaining professional and product knowledge.

Knowledge and Skill

(required)

  • 1-4+ years of supporting customers in a SaaS/Software environment
  • Experience in implementation/onboarding projects
  • Experience training individuals and teams virtually
  • Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce.com)
  • Knowledgeable in the use of the internet (functions, navigating, researching, etc.)
  • Proven ability to build relationships with Customers and internal teams.
  • Demonstrates team-building style and has experience operating in a shared services model with proven ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
  • Detailed-oriented with a positive and inquisitive attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines when necessary
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills and ability to meet high standards for quality and accuracy
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities

  • College degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Experience providing outstanding quality success to business clients
