Where you Come In
The Provider Installation Professional 2 provides direct support to the provider directory process. It is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of our provider directories, as well as adhering to regulatory requirements and standards as provided. Performs set-up, database loading, and preparation of administrative documents and materials. The Provider Installation Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
Directory Design and Maintenance: Creates design and programming for provider directories for all lines of business: Medicare, Medicaid, etc. to ensure that all data elements within the provider directories’ systems are accurate, complete, and updated in a timely manner, adhering strictly to industry and/or organizational regulations and standards.
Data Structuring: Develop and maintain a robust data structure that effectively feeds into our online directories and supports the creation of printed directories.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough proofing of data elements and other quality assurance procedures to prevent and remediate errors and ensure that all listings meet our high standards of quality and reliability.
Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve provider data discrepancies and complaints, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with IT, data management and branding teams to streamline data integration, include the correct companion pieces, aligning with marketing strategies and brand standards and report on progress to senior management.
Implementations and Change Orders: Collaborate with directory vendor(s) to create, implement and test provider directories before approving them for production. Assist with managing change orders, ensuring that all modifications are accurately captured and implemented.
Electronic Distribution: Generate and post directories to our electronic library and ensure they are converted correctly for web viewing. Fulfill requests for data pulls and analyze directory information to support continuous improvement.
Operational Guidelines and Scheduling: Maintain operating guidelines for directory PDF production; manage and optimize production schedules to meet deadlines efficiently.
Process Standardization: Maintain and update comprehensive SOPs and workflows for all aspects of provider directory maintenance and implementations.

Required Qualifications – What it takes to Succeed
Minimum of 2 years of provider installation/directory, provider data operations, data management, configuration, or similar or transferable discipline
Prior experience in data management systems and software
Experience in planning, developing and executing projects or schedules
Technical proficiency in directory design, programming, and/or testing, and/or analyzing and interpreting data/information within the healthcare industry
Preferred Qualifications
Prior work experience in a fast paced, metric driven operational setting
Experience in Apex, Qtest, Directory Designer, HPAS or other directory systems
Knowledge of SQL

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
