Job Overview:

We’re looking for a Creative Coordinator that will serve as the central hub for organizing and managing creative projects across the marketing department. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on planning, can juggle multiple projects at once, and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams across the organization. You’ll lead with tenacity and will be the go-to person for project intake, sprint planning, and ongoing project management. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining our Digital Asset Management (DAM) and our Monday.com platforms to ensure projects move smoothly from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

Own and manage the project intake process, ensuring all incoming creative requests are captured, scoped, prioritized, and assigned.

Lead sprint planning meetings, working closely with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams to define workloads, timelines, and resourcing.

Oversee and optimize project workflows in Monday.com, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and deadlines are met.

Maintain and evolve our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to ensure assets are organized, up to date, and accessible to the broader team.

Act as the central point of contact between creative, marketing, and other departments, ensuring clear communication and project visibility.

Proactively identify project bottlenecks and implement solutions to keep things moving. Collaborate with creative team members on a variety of projects, from digital campaigns to print to video production timelines.

Track project progress and performance, providing regular updates to leadership.

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in a creative or marketing project coordination role, preferably in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Familiarity with Monday.com, DAM platforms, and other project management tools.

Strong understanding of marketing and creative workflows (digital, video, print, content). Excellent communication skills; friendly, clear, and confident.

Proven ability to work independently, follow through, and hold others accountable with a positive, professional approach.

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

Experience in the hunting or outdoor industries is a plus, but not required.
