Job description

Imagine360 is currently seeking a Member Services Intake Support Administrator to join the team! The Member Services Intake Support Administrator will provide support to our Member Services department by assisting with initial file setup, triaging of balance bill submissions and legal documents, all while fulfilling the mission of ELAP Services, LLC. This detail-oriented position works closely with Member Service Intake Specialists and other internal/external counterparts to ensure and facilitate timely and accurate workflow administration, data integrity and ultimately a positive member experience.

Position Location: 100% Remote

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with the triaging of incoming balance bill submissions and legal correspondence via email
  • Accurately initiate member balance bill/account information into ELAP's database with a focus on quality, management of established turnaround SLAs and proper coordination of issue resolution with the Member Services Advocates
  • Act as liaison between Member Services and internal stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up on negotiations and other related issues regarding access to care while keeping detailed documentation of status and resolution
  • Track status and resolution of balance bill setup inquiries and issues
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation and follow-up diaries during all stages of the process per standard operating procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management


Required Experience/Education:

  • High School diploma required, bachelors degree preferred.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Computer skills proficient in Microsoft software as well as internet navigation
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial company
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to maintain positive relationships
  • Team player able to collaborate with other departments
  • Ability to quickly adapt in an ever-changing environment
  • Ability to stay focused and manage time appropriately
