Job description

Imagine360 is seeking a Vendor Product Support Specialist to join our team! The Vendor Product Support Specialist will support the Operations and Implementation team by tracking status of open action items, compiling agendas for operational calls, handling ongoing communications, compiling information and slides for training webinars, and preparing slide decks for site visits and business review meetings.

Position Location: 100% remote

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding vendor related questions.
  • Meet with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any product or service-related concerns
  • Assist with the successful implementation of new vendor partners in a timely manner by interfacing with various internal and external parties, as necessary.
  • Conduct research on proposed vendors prior to approval and implementation
  • Assisting in establishing the standards by which to assess the performance of approved vendors
  • Create written and visual process documentation and development of training materials related to products/services and related to vendor process and implementation.
  • Responsible for ongoing maintenance of vendor library and preferred vendor lists
  • Facilitate meetings with vendor implementation status, issues, project tasks and to recommend actions to improve performance and mitigate risks.
  • Assist with charitable activities and planning within the Operations and Implementation teams, as well as company-wide initiatives.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.


Required Experience/Education:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Client facing professional experience.


Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
  • Detail oriented
  • Adept at understanding service contracts and operational implications
  • Should be able to multitask effectively
  • Demonstrate exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong management and decision-making skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
