Trek is now recruiting a Territory Manager (Lower North Island/South Island). This is a permanent position reporting to the National Sales Manager. The key objective of our Territory Manager’s is to sustainably grow the market share of the Trek family of brands within their territory. 

Key accountabilities include:

  • Building great relationships with our existing Retailers
  • Retailer development through the Trek ‘Win the Season’ program
  • New Business development

Preference will be given to applicants who have:

  • Excellent strategic and problem-solving skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Sound computer proficiency including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Sound understanding of financial statements
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Relentless positive attitude
  • Extensive experience delivering a high level of customer service
  • A general understanding of the bicycle industry and a passion for cycling
  • Demonstrate the ability to be self-motivated and work remotely
  • Perform consistently to the Trek standards

This is a field-based position, and you will be required to work autonomously and travel throughout your territory.
