Job Description:
NTT DATA's Client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SFDC Developer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, configuration, and development, with a particular focus on Flows and Lightning Components. This role is crucial for the successful execution of our TDX project.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives.
Create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers.
Develop and maintain Lightning Components and Flows to enhance user experience and streamline business processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform regular system maintenance, data management, and ensure the integrity of the Salesforce environment.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Flows and Lightning Components.
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, and page layouts.
Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
Familiarity with other Salesforce products such as Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
