Start Date: ASAP About the Role:
We’re seeking a talented and collaborative React Developer to join a high-impact digital modernization team supporting our client. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity focused on building new UI components, supporting cloud migration efforts, and enhancing user experience across multiple internal applications.
Although the team operates 100% remotely, candidates must reside in NJ, NY, PA, CT, DE, or DC for compliance reasons. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain UI components using React.js
• Integrate frontend interfaces with REST APIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and UI/UX improvements
• Support cloud migration initiatives (AWS)
• Provide ongoing production and product support across five key applications
• Potential involvement in SSO integration and secure UI development
• Participate in team meetings and code reviews; contribute to continuous improvement practices

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing web applications using React
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Prior experience with cloud migration (especially AWS) is a plus
• Exposure to healthcare or provider portals is a bonus, but not required
• Must be able to work EST hours and reside in one of the following states: NJ, NY, PA, CT, DE, or DC

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with SSO concepts and security best practices for UI development
• Background in production and/or product support roles
• Experience in healthcare or provider-focused application development
