We are looking for a skilled and curious AI and Automation Engineer (Contractor) to help us bring the latest in Generative AI and intelligent automation to life using Microsoft’s Power Platform ecosystem. This is a U.S.-based remote role focused on building solutions with Power Automate (Cloud/Desktop Flows), AI Hub, and Copilot Studio.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing custom connectors, working with APIs and webhooks, and leveraging Generative AI to solve real business problems. While Power Automate expertise is strongly preferred, we welcome candidates with solid experience in other flow-building tools who demonstrate deep familiarity with automation patterns and integration best practices.
Design and implement intelligent automation solutions using Power Automate AI Hub integrations.
Create and enhance custom connectors, integrate with REST APIs, and configure webhooks for dynamic workflows.
Leverage Copilot Studio to build and embed AI copilots that support business scenarios.
Collaborate with business teams to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Build reusable automation components and contribute to scalable architecture patterns.
Document solutions and support deployment in a fully remote team environment.
Stay up-to-date with Power Platform and AI capabilities, recommending relevant features for adoption.
Strong experience with Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows), including integrating AI Hub capabilities.
Proficient in working with REST APIs, custom connectors, and webhooks.
Solid understanding of Generative AI, LLMs (e.g., GPT, Azure OpenAI), and prompt engineering basics.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote U.S.-based setting.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail when translating business needs into automation workflows.
Experience building solutions in Copilot Studio or similar conversational AI platforms.
