Job Description
The National Related Services Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that assigned schools are meeting expectations in regard to the provision of related services for eligible students based on school, state, and federal guidelines. This role serves as support for all related service staff and contractors assigned to manage related services at schools within their team. Support includes training, monitoring and coverage as needed for assigned schools.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.
· Provide related service support to supported schools
· Ability to step into any task and support various team members. Tasks could include but are not limited to: coverage for an out of office related service coordinator or contractor, supporting invoice verification team members or auditing school IEPs to identify related service needs
· Monitor supported school timelines and analyze to determine areas for improvement
· Monitor contract processes with schools to ensure that students receive services in a timely manner
· Monitor no show percentages and processes with schools to ensure processes are being followed and escalating issues as appropriate
· Communicate regularly with supported school staff, related services contractors and other team members
· Escalate issues with staff or contractors, with applicable supporting documentation, to National Related Services Manager
· Assist in maintaining supported schools’ Trello board(s)
· Prepare, review and analyze data for supported schools and hold data dig meetings to discuss with team members
· Management of supported school fingerprint processes for related services providers
· Reviewing tasks assigned to supported schools on a consistent basis to ensure that services, invoices and various other tasks are moving forward within school timelines
· Providing support through national email accounts
This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Two (2) years experience in related services
· Ability to manage resources well (including tools, time and people)
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and problem solve independently
· Ability to oversee task completion by contracting team members
· Ability to embrace and adapt to change
· MS 365; Web proficiency.
· Ability to travel 5% of the time
· Ability to clear required background check

· Management experience
Compensation and Benefits: We anticipate hourly rate of this role will be up to $22/hr. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
