Description

ECCXI an eCommerce subsidiary of Maytronics, is in search of a Warehouse Manager for our Ogden, UT location. We’ve grown at an exciting pace over the past few years, and we are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our team. 

The Warehouse Manager focuses on the receiving, order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, coordination of transportation activities. The Warehouse Manager will be based in the Ogden, UT Warehouse Operation and support a 7 day a week operation for the ECCXI business. Summary of essential job functions -- performs and supervises the following tasks.

  • Supports hiring and training of new employees.
  • Schedules and oversees warehouse staff.
  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Receives and records new inventory as it is delivered; inspects and stores it according to policy.
  • Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences.
  • Replenishes stock and inventory as needed.
  • Ensures that all stock is stored in correct locations in the warehouse.
  • Transfers inventory to trucks for delivery in a timely manner and according to schedule.
  • Schedules materials being transferred to and from warehouse; coordinates transfer of inventory between departments.
  • Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase the efficiency of warehouse practices.
  • Monitors expenditures; implements corrective actions if needed.
  • Enforces operating instructions and safety policies.
  • Resolves routine equipment issues.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business or similar discipline preferred.

• At least six months of experience in distribution or manufacturing required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

• Ability to anticipate and solve problems.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to meet deadlines.

• Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.

Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
