PROGRAM: Summer Internship

LOCATION: Remote; US-based only

EMPLOYMENT: Part-Time 15/hr. per week

WORK AUTHORIZATION: US Citizenship/Permanent Resident Card Holder

OVERVIEW:
Our Summer Internship Program is designed specifically for motivated high school students seeking hands‑on exposure and exploration in a professional environment. Over the course of eight weeks, interns will gain insight into various departments, work alongside experienced mentors, and develop practical skills through a structured project.

 

KEY FOCUS AREAS:

  • Job shadowing, team meetings, and informational sessions across multiple disciplines.
  • Engage with real‑world tasks, tools, and technologies to discover potential career interests.
  • Complete an individual or small‑team project aligned with company goals, culminating in a final presentation to leadership.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in departmental rotations and skills workshops.
  • Assist with day‑to‑day tasks under the guidance of mentors.
  • Research and plan a project topic in collaboration with program leads.
  • Execute project deliverables, documenting progress and challenges.
  • Prepare and deliver a 10–15 minute presentation summarizing your project findings and recommendations.
  • Attend all scheduled check‑ins, training sessions, and networking events.

 


REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:



  • Currently enrolled in grades 9–12 at an accredited high school.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic familiarity with [industry‑relevant tools/subjects]* is a plus.

 

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

  • Insight into professional workflows and corporate culture.
  • Mentorship from industry professionals.
  • Hands on project management and presentation experience.
  • A certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation upon successful program completion.



PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
  • May be required to work on-call or long hours, if necessary, in case of serious network malfunction.
