PROGRAM: Career Path Internship

LOCATION: Remote; US-based only

EMPLOYMENT: Part-Time 15/hr. per week

WORK AUTHORIZATION: US Citizenship/Permanent Resident Card Holder

OVERVIEW:
Our Career Path Internship Program is a year-round, 12-month commitment designed for individuals eager to build marketable skills and make meaningful contributions. Whether you’re a college student looking to deepen your practical experience or a professional considering a career switch, this program offers structured learning, hands-on projects, and mentoring to help you advance along your chosen career path.

 

KEY FOCUS AREAS:

  • Duration: 12 months, with rolling start dates
  • Time Commitment: 20–30 hours per week, flexible around academic or personal schedules
  • Focus Areas: Skill building, real-world project contribution, professional development
  • Cohort Size: 4 interns to ensure personalized attention and mentorship

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:



  • A college student (undergraduate or graduate) seeking practical experience or a career-changer aiming to develop new competencies
  • Motivated self-starter with a growth mindset and strong communication skills
  • Able to commit 20–30 hours per week over the full 12-month term
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to tackle real-world challenge
  • Demonstrated interest in the industry or function (e.g., via coursework, personal projects, or volunteer work)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail



PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
  • May be required to work on-call or long hours, if necessary, in case of serious network malfunction.
