About the Role:
At Voucherify, the Technical Account Manager (TAM) plays a critical role at the intersection of customer success, solution architecture, and product expertise. As a TAM, you'll be a trusted technical advisor to some of the world’s leading e-commerce and digital brands, helping them design and deliver scalable promotion and loyalty solutions powered by our platform.
This high-impact, client-facing role is ideal for someone who thrives in a technical, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with our US-based Sales and Customer Success teams to guide prospects through discovery, onboard new customers, and ensure long-term success through expert support and integration guidance.

As a TAM at Voucherify, you will:
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to design solution architectures and lead onboarding projects.
- Collaborate with developers and architects to integrate Voucherify into their broader tech ecosystems.
- Drive adoption by conducting hands-on workshops, product demos, and enablement sessions.
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure smooth delivery and long-term customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical insight to sales efforts, including estimating implementation scope and assessing total cost of ownership.
- Act as a liaison between customers and product/engineering to influence the roadmap and drive innovation.
We hope you bring:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical consulting role — such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Architect, or similar — with a proven track record of working in eCommerce, retail tech, ERP, Web CMS, PIM, or adjacent ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences — from developers to product and marketing teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong technical understanding of software architecture, APIs, data flows, and IT system integrations — whether gained through formal education or hands-on experience.
- A deep interest in the digital commerce space and emerging technologies in composable commerce and MACH (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) architectures. Experience of working directly with Independent Software Vendors and Solution Integrators in this domain is desirable.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems, interpret data, and understand how systems interconnect in enterprise environments.
- A customer-first mentality with the ability to prioritize, make informed decisions, and own recommendations through to implementation.
- Business sense and entrepreneurial thinking that enable you to spot upsell opportunities and identify customer potential based on usage data and KPIs.
- Experience with loyalty or promotion systems is desirable.
- English is your first language, but fluent communication in Spanish would be a plus.
