React & React Native Developer (JavaScript | Web & Mobile | Full Stack)- Philippines

Position Summary:

The React & React Native Developer (JavaScript | Web & Mobile | Full Stack) will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing full-stack applications across web and mobile platforms. This role combines front-end expertise using React.js and React Native with backend integration and development. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player passionate about scalable architecture, clean code, and delivering exceptional digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React.js for web and React Native for mobile.
• Implement backend integrations, serverless functions, and database operations using tools like Node.js, Firebase, Supabase, or AppWrite.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to translate wireframes and APIs into responsive, user-friendly features.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable JavaScript/TypeScript code across front and backend.
• Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability across platforms.
• Use Git for version control and participate in collaborative coding, reviews, and continuous integration.
• Integrate third-party SDKs and services, including Firebase, Maps, Payment APIs, etc.
• Troubleshoot and debug full-stack issues in production and staging environments.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and continuously improve development workflows and best practices.
• Deploy applications to the App Store, Google Play, or web environments, ensuring smooth CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience with React.js and React Native in full-stack roles.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and strong working knowledge of TypeScript.
• Experience with backend services and serverless platforms (e.g., Firebase, Node.js, Supabase, AppWrite).
• Familiarity with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.
• Proficient in integrating RESTful APIs and handling async data flows.
• Solid understanding of mobile and web application optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of mobile development lifecycle for both iOS and Android.
• Experience with Expo, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with native module integration in React Native.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, and Detox.
• Experience publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play.
• UI/UX awareness or experience working with design systems and responsive layouts.
