This is a remote position.

Schedule:

• Flexible 20 hours a week

• Edit and produce compelling videos for an established YouTube channel focused on Tennessee real estate
  

• Implement SEO strategies to increase video visibility and drive organic traffic
  

• Manage and update website content to maintain fresh, engaging online presence
  

• Create marketing materials and content that support real estate sales initiatives
  

• Optimize YouTube channel performance through strategic content planning and audience engagement
  

• Support broader digital marketing campaigns and initiatives
  

• Collaborate directly with the business owner to align content with business objectives
  

Requirements

• Strong experience with video editing software and post-production techniques
  

• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, particularly SEO and content optimization
  

• Knowledge of YouTube best practices, including thumbnail creation, title optimization, and audience engagement strategies
  

• Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent communication with direct client management
  

• Commitment to building a long-term professional relationship and growing with the business
  

• Self-motivated with strong time management skills for flexible scheduling
