Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm with 1 hour unpaid break

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to be at the center of a thriving e-commerce operation where you’ll play a crucial role in bringing products to market and driving customer engagement. You’ll manage product listings across major platforms including Shopify, eBay, and Wayfair while creating compelling social media content that generates leads and drives sales. This position offers direct collaboration with company leadership, real-time learning opportunities, and the chance to grow with an expanding business. You’ll handle diverse product categories from small components to large furniture items, ensuring each listing meets company standards and maximizes market potential.


Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms including Shopify, eBay, Wayfair, and other major marketplaces as new inventory arrives
  • Follow established company pricing structures and formatting guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms
  • Upload and organize product images according to specific company layout specifications and brand standards
  • Develop and publish organic social media posts for Facebook Marketplace and other platforms to generate customer interest and traction for new products
  • Monitor social media channels and respond professionally to customer inquiries and comments on posts
  • Identify qualified leads from social media interactions and forward them to management for follow-up
  • Maintain consistent posting schedules aligned with new product arrivals and inventory updates
  • Ensure all product listings align with company standards, brand guidelines, and platform-specific requirements
  • Handle diverse SKU management ranging from small parts to large furniture items across multiple sales channels


Requirements

  • Proven experience with major e-commerce platforms: eBay, Amazon, Wayfair, Shopify, and BigCommerce
  • Demonstrated experience with Facebook organic marketing and Facebook Marketplace posting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for real-time collaboration and professional customer interactions
  • Ability to follow detailed pricing structures, formatting guidelines, and company procedures accurately
  • Previous experience with product listing management and inventory coordination
  • Basic understanding of social media marketing principles and lead generation techniques
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office setup
  • Availability to work during US business hours (Austin, Texas timezone) for training and real-time support
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication with team leadership
  • Experience managing multiple SKUs and product categories across various online marketplaces
