Key responsibilities:

  • Support the team of training coordinators in daily tasks and groundwork.
  • Plan and organize seminars, training courses, and training series.
  • Handle customer service inquiries via email and telephone, and manage participant registration.
  • Document participants in the Learning Management System and create statistics and reports.

Training Manager (m/f/d)

remotely in Hungary at the earliest possible 
Your mission
As a clerk in the training organization, you support the team of training coordinators in their daily tasks and do the valuable groundwork. 
  • Planning and organisation of seminars, training courses and training series
  • Telephone hotline
  • Processing and coordination of customer service enquiries by email or telephone
  • Booking of training rooms and hotels
  • Coordination and review of training utilization
  • Contact person for trainers, participants and customers
  • Invitation management and participant handling/ participant registration/booking/rebooking
  • Training service: Support for virtual events in MS Teams
  • Documentation of the participants in the Learning Management System
  • Cost Reconciliation
  • Creation of statistics and reports
  • Contact with international customers, a lot of communication in English

Your profile
  • Completed education or a degree in hotel and tourism industry or comparable profession
  • Ideally initial professional experience in this area of responsibility
  • Organizational skills, diligence and reliability
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • High resilience and flexibility
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office package and of spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of German an advantage
