Average hourly rate is $21.35 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)

We are looking for a full-time Relative-Kinship Worker to add to our KS Permanency / KS Case Management Department! All you need is a bachelor’s degree in child and family services field with at least two years’ experience in child and family services.   

We will teach you the rest! 


A Day in The Life as a Relative-Kinship-ICPC Worker 

As a Relative-Kinship Worker, you will work to promote the well-being of children. Relative Kinship Workers teach skills such as emotional regulation, having healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and healthy communication within families. Relative Kinship Workers work together with our relative-kinship caregivers to help train and support them and the children in their home. Relative-Kinship Workers help to facilitate kinship meetings and to identify potential kinship and/or relative placement options. Relative-Kinship Workers provide on-call support to caregivers and crisis intervention, as needed. As a Relative-Kinship Worker, you would also coordinate community resources for the children served.
