Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Senior Web & Digital Platforms Specialist to join our team! As the Senior Web & Digital Platforms Specialist, you will lead the charge in managing and optimizing our digital ecosystem—from public websites and email campaigns to in-branch digital signage and mobile banking interfaces. The Specialist will work to ensure our platforms are not just functional, but modern, secure, accessible, and member-focused. This role will make a real impact in how we connect with and serve our members every day.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Website Management: Administering and developing public websites, including updates, enhancements, accessibility (ADA compliance), and SEO optimization.
  • Email and Landing Page Development: Building, testing, and troubleshooting responsive email templates and landing pages for marketing campaigns and external communications.
  • Digital Platform Support: Supporting online banking platform updates, interface improvements, alerts, and integrations.
  • Optimization & Compliance: Conducting regular audits of digital tools, troubleshooting issues, ensuring ADA compliance, and recommending enhancements based on performance metrics and member feedback.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with cross functional teams to ensure digital initiatives are timely, secure, and compliant.
  • Third-Party Integrations: Managing integrations between the websites, online banking, mobile apps, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, GTM).
  • Project Management & Innovation: Leading digital projects, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and staying current with industry trends, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with financial services products and their impact on consumers required.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digital platform management or web development.
  • Proficiency in WordPress CMS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, jQuery, and responsive email development.
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, or similar).
  • Experience working within Agile or Scrum project frameworks; Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist) are a plus.
  • Experience with online and mobile banking platforms (e.g., Candescent NCR Voyix, Alkami, Q2, Lumin Digital, or similar) highly preferred.
