GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns, focusing on strategy, targeting, and performance analysis. This role requires expertise in audience segmentation, budget management, and advanced tracking methodologies to deliver impactful results.

The Schedule:

  • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads campaign management, especially for DTC brands or budgets over $50K.
  • Proficiency with Northbeam or other 3rd-party attribution tools.
  • Strong data analysis skills with a deep understanding of ROAS, CTR, CPM, and campaign optimization.
  • Advanced reporting skills in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, charts, formulas).
  • Proven experience working U.S. EST hours and communicating effectively with U.S.-based clients.
 Core Tasks/Responsibilities
  • Launch and A/B test Meta ad campaigns, managing them from setup through optimization.
  • Optimize ad performance using data trends and adjust budget allocations regularly.
  • Build detailed performance reports using Excel/Google Sheets and share insights.
  • Test new ad creatives and copy while providing feedback to the creative team.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and teams using Slack, email, and video calls.

The Compensation:

  • ₱55,000 to ₱85,000/month
