Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly-motivated 100% Remote Product Owner to join a federal health program. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria.
Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience as an IT business analyst/product owner.
Experience working with data and database systems.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Demonstrated ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with project management tools, Jira, Confluence.
Desired:
Agile or Scrum certifications.
SAFe experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage the product lifecycle on a federal program.
Work hand in hand with the Business Analyst on the program to support activities.
Participate in a highly-collaborative Agile/Scrum environment.
Document business requirements, develop user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to support system development.
Ensure accurate solution implementation by reviewing issue logs, supporting the development of test plans and matrices, and conducting relevant analyses.
Communicate strategic direction of business units to supporting teams to ensure alignment and informed decision-making.
