Bits of your job:

  • Assist in conducting quality audits by reviewing customer service and payment, learning to assess adherence to procedures and identify performance trends using structured evaluation criteria.

  • Support the analysis of customer support tickets to help detect recurring issues, evaluate response effectiveness, and contribute to data-driven insights for improving operations.

  • Help compile and present audit reports featuring key performance metrics, trend analysis, and compliance rates, ensuring accuracy and clear communication of findings.

  • Observe and monitor customer interactions using predefined quantitative and qualitative metrics, identifying areas where improvements can be made.

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives by assisting in interpreting audit results, identifying potential root causes, and collaborating with the team to enhance efficiency and compliance.
