Job description

Our end-to-end technology solutions cover a wide range of needs for Banking, Financial Services, Utilities, Insurance, Retail organizations, and beyond.

We are looking for a Senior Developer for the implementation and improvement of technical software functions in response to functional specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze functional specifications and clarify missing/ambiguous information;
  • Propose technical software solutions that correspond to the functional specifications, with appropriate quality characteristics (performance, ease of use, maintainability…), and using SAP technology to its best extent;
  • Evaluate, compare and recommend solutions, identifying advantages, inconveniences, opportunities and threats, and identifying technical consequences;
  • Produce the technical design and technical specifications;
  • Implement and test solutions;
  • Provide or maintain technical documentation;
  • Support and assistance on technical software solutions;
  • Managing or coordinating a team of peers;
  • Defining technical standards upon request;
  • Proposing a software architecture for more complex solutions;
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in related field combined with relevant IT professional experience of more than 5 years;
  • At least 4 years of SAP field experience;
  • At least 2 years of experience in ABAP and/or JAVA and/or FIORI and/or Analytical CDS Programming;
  • At least 4 days of a demonstrated Training related to SAP or relevant software development methods in the last 2 years;
  • Excellent knowledge of ASAP methodology;
  • Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA;
  • Good knowledge of Agile;
  • Good knowledge of software modelling techniques (UML or similar);
  • Excellent command of the English is required, and good knowledge of French will be considered as an asset.
