700Apps is actively seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant with both technical and functional expertise. In this vital role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM that meet the diverse needs of our clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide actionable insights, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Design and configure the Dynamics 365 CRM environment, including entities, workflows, and custom applications.
  • Develop integrations with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and enhance user experience.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support CRM adoption and usage.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for technical issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • Stay updated on the latest features and best practices in Dynamics 365 CRM to continuously optimize our offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant, with both technical and functional expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customization, and development.
  • Experience with integration of Dynamics 365 CRM with other business applications.
  • Excellent analytical abilities with a focus on problem-solving and delivering results.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to provide training and support tailored to various user groups.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM are highly desirable.
  • Understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service processes is a plus.
