Hi, I'm Mark, the founder of Red Door Pharmacy, based in Ireland.

I’m a pharmacist by trade, but I’ve always had a strong passion for business and marketing. Our pharmacy is more than just a place to collect prescriptions - it’s a space where we genuinely care for people, especially those managing complex medication routines. Many of our customers take five or more medications a day, and we’re focused on making their experience more personal, more helpful, and more consistent.

We’re growing fast, with plans to expand into new locations and build a CRM product that could be used across the country. We use Zoho CRM to capture patient info, automate outreach, and run creative marketing campaigns. Our small but mighty team is all about combining tech with a human touch - sending thank-you cards, launching local campaigns, and continuously improving how we connect with our community.

If you're someone who’s excited by data, marketing experiments, and real impact, you’ll love being part of what we’re building!

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who’s both strategic and hands-on — a builder who thrives on turning ideas into structured, data-driven campaigns that get results.

You’ll work closely with Mark to set up smart automations, plan marketing efforts, and lay the groundwork for a scalable CRM and marketing platform for the pharmacy. You’ll bring order to chaos, deliver tangible results, and help grow both prescriptions and service uptake through a blend of creativity and systems thinking.

More specifically, you will:

📈 Build and automate CRM workflows using Zoho

🎯 Run paid social and Google Ads campaigns that convert

📬 Create and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, video, social)

✍️ Write content (emails, video scripts, landing pages)

🌐 Manage and optimise landing pages and website updates

📊 Build simple KPI dashboards (Zoho Analytics or similar)

🏷️ Create in-store promotions and signage

🗣️ Capture and analyse customer feedback (Zoho Surveys)

🎨 Coordinate with freelance designers/editors as needed

🚀 Support new service launches with marketing campaigns

🧾 Develop SOPs, internal training, and asset libraries

🕵️ Conduct competitor research and insight reporting

🧲 Set up lead magnets and quiz-style funnels

📢 Support internal team communications and CRM usage

🔧 Assist with miscellaneous projects in Zoho One and other business-related tasks as assigned by the owner.

Working Hours 🕒 This is a full-time role working 8am–5/6pm Irish time (UK/Ireland time zone). We’re remote-first but if you’re nearby, occasional in-person meetings would be great!

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have:

✅ 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience

✅ Proficiency with Zoho CRM and automation

✅ Strong copywriting and content creation skills
✅ Hands-on experience with email marketing, paid social, and Google Ads
✅ Experience creating landing pages and managing lead funnels

✅ Excellent written and spoken English

✅ Confidence working independently and managing multiple projects
✅ Competency with tools like Canva, basic video editing, and analytics dashboards

✅ Strong campaign planning and data-driven mindset

Brownie points for:

🌟 Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated sectors
🌟 Familiarity with Klaviyo, Zoho Campaigns, or Zoho Creator

🌟 From Ireland or Northern Ireland and occasionally able to visit the store
🌟 Experience managing freelancers or junior team members
🌟 Knowledge of project tools like Trello, Notion, or Zoho Projects

🌟 Familiarity with quiz funnels, lead scoring, or Scorecard Marketing

You’re someone who brings structure to chaos, enjoys creating smart systems, and isn’t afraid to speak up when priorities need reshuffling. You’re consistent, organised, and curious - always looking for ways to improve. You’re commercially minded, think about ROI, and love turning data into action. A sense of humour helps too - this is a friendly, down-to-earth team. Most importantly, you write and communicate in a warm, human way. Whether you're designing a campaign or responding to feedback, you always keep the person on the other side in mind!

Benefits

What’s in it for you?

💶 €3000–€3500 per month*

🕘 Full-time and fully remote (with optional occasional in-person meetings if nearby)

🏖️ 20 days paid annual leave, plus public holidays

🎯 Performance-related bonuses for hitting key targets

🕊️ Flexibility within agreed working hours

📈 Opportunity to grow into a leadership role or help shape a scalable pharmacy CRM product

*Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence. We kindly ask you to apply only if you are happy to work remotely as an independent contractor.
