This is for Google Ads pros who specialize in generating real leads for U.S.-based service businesses — like auto shops, contractors, med spas, and beyond.

ABOUT THIS POSITION:

As a Google Media Buyer, you will play an important role in working closely with the marketing team to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI. You will be responsible for developing and executing Google Ads campaigns for our local automotive and service-based clients.

This position is fully focused on lead generation — not eCom, not awareness campaigns. All traffic funnels into Go High Level.

Ad budgets typically range from $33/day to $100+/day.

⚠️ This is a hands-on execution role — you’ll be launching, testing, optimizing, and scaling. Not overseeing.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We're hiring a Google Ads Lead Generation Specialist with proven experience managing multiple local service accountsnot eCommerce, not brand awareness, not general strategy. You’re a performance marketer who builds funnels that convert.

You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Have successfully run 10+ large corporate OR 20+ small lead gen accounts

  • Deeply understand U.S. lead generation practices

  • Know how to build and scale high-converting, fully optimized campaigns — hands-on

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and write high-converting ad copy

  • Launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns with daily budgets of $33–$100+

  • Run A/B tests on ad copy, assets, and landing pages to improve CPL and conversion rates

  • Monitor campaigns daily and adjust based on real-time data and performance

  • Identify opportunities for creative, strategic, and targeting improvements

  • Ensure all funnels and landing pages are fully optimized and technically sound before launch

  • Collaborate with internal teams: Account Managers, landing page builders, tech specialists

  • Provide clear, actionable reports and performance insights to internal stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience running local Google Ads lead gen campaigns (not eCom)

  • Proven success managing 20+ service-based client accounts without sacrificing performance

  • Deep understanding of lead-focused search campaigns, conversion tracking, call forms, etc.

  • Hands-on experience with Go High Level or a similar CRM system

  • Experience in the automotive industry or local service verticals is a strong advantage

  • Highly organized and able to pivot quickly based on live data

  • Impeccable attention to detail across copy, targeting, and reporting

  • Fluent written and spoken English with clear, proactive communication

  • Reliable internet connection and a remote-ready professional setup (camera, mic, etc.)
