Your mission

We're seeking a seasoned DevOps Team Lead to spearhead our transition to Platform Engineering. This is an opportunity to drive innovation, streamline processes, and foster a culture of self-service within our organization.

As our DevOps Team Lead, you will:

  • Guide our team in the evolution from traditional DevOps to a platform-centric approach;
  • Design and implement a robust, self-service platform that empowers developers to accelerate delivery;
  • Work closely with development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure seamless integration;
  • Promote best practices, automation, and continuous improvement across all aspects of the platform;
  • Provide clear direction, leadership, and mentorship. Proactively address any issues within the team, promoting a positive and respectful work environment supporting high performance and creativity.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A solid foundation in cloud technologies, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
