Join our client – the fresh Israeli-American startup reimagining how communities connect. Founded in April 2025 and already backed by leading Israeli investors, it is building a next-gen personal CRM and AI-powered engagement platform designed to make networking smarter, faster, and more human.

The product begins with a sleek PWA and is set to expand soon to iOS and Android. This is your chance to shape the product from MVP to global launch!

What makes you a great fit

• 5+ years of experience in mobile development, 3+ years of production with Flutter & Dart.
• Deep knowledge of state management, responsive layouts, navigation, and custom animations.
• Proven Figma-to-Flutter skills and solid Git workflow.
• Strong grasp of mobile app architecture, lifecycle, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with platform-specific UX on iOS & Android.
• Clear English communication (at least an upper-intermediate), daily goals, and proactive problem-solving are essential.
• Bonus: Supabase, CI/CD, k8s.

Your day-to-day in this position

• Own the Flutter app from day one - start with the PWA, then ship iOS & Android.
• Turn our Figma designs into fast, polished UIs.
• Architect, optimize, and maintain the codebase; handle complex states and async flows.
• Integrate smoothly with backend (REST/GraphQL) and collaborate closely with the CTO.
• Drive tech decisions, suggest tools, and keep performance top-notch.
• Work autonomously, give clear progress updates, and use AI assistants (ChatGPT, Cursor) to boost productivity.
