About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager with a strong technical instinct and a passion for AI-driven experiences to lead the development and evolution of our customer-facing AI agents. You’ll be at the forefront of integrating and scaling LLM-powered agents across the customer journey - from trigger logic and function integration to prompt design, testing, and performance monitoring.

This role requires close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support to deliver agent experiences that are smart, scalable, and business-impactful. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI agents: design, development, deployment, testing, and continuous optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify high-impact agent use cases across the user journey.
  • Design and iterate on prompt flows and function calls to ensure agent responses are helpful, accurate, and on-brand.
  • Monitor agent performance using both qualitative feedback and quantitative analytics.
  • Design experiments and analyze outcomes to continuously improve behavior and impact.
  • Define KPIs and use data to guide prioritization and iteration.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Sales, and Support to align roadmaps and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Ensure seamless integration with backend systems, tools, and customer interfaces.
  • Maintain a high standard of reliability, personalization, and user experience in all agent interactions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Management or a technical product role.
  • Proven experience working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude) and building GenAI-powered products.
  • Strong understanding of prompt engineering, function calling, and testing methodologies for AI agents.
  • Demonstrated experience building customer-facing products, ideally in support, service, or sales-focused environments.
  • Deep curiosity and enthusiasm for the latest in GenAI and conversational AI developments.
  • Familiarity with automation and workflow tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n.
  • Comfortable using analytics tools like Heap, Amplitude, or Mixpanel to test, measure, and iterate.
  • Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Highly self-motivated, execution-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
