Your Impact and Mission

· Take full ownership of your publishers’ success and needs in all aspects: monetization, strategy, technical issues, finance and more.

· Build and grow strong relationships and trust.

· Manage the entire publisher “life cycle”, from POC to onboarding and nurture an ongoing relationship

· Analyze and Identify growth opportunities.

· Constantly negotiate to enlarge and expend the partnership, and improve our commercial terms.

· Collaborate with internal teams (CSM, Analysis, Product etc.) to improve the publishers’ performance, workflows, enable growth, etc. 


Your Experience, Mindset and Skills

· 2-4 years’ experience in Account / Partnership Management, or similar customer-facing roles.

· Sales or business development orientation, with proven experience in growing accounts and meeting growth KPIs.

· Experience with the US market (Eastern & Western Cost)  

· Full work proficiency in English (oral & written). 

· Experience from online / digital advertising companies and familiarity with AdTech ecosystem - Strong advantage

· Outstanding people and communication skills, ability to build strong and lasting relationships, close communication, and trust.

· Striving for success, a “go getter”, independent and proactive.

· Strong analytical skills and solid Excel proficiency (Vlookup, Pivot etc.)

· A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills

Important to know: We work in a hybrid model - 3 days together @ the office and 2 WFH days, in fixed days.
