Job description

Description

We are looking for a self-motivated Product Data Analyst with a strong sense of ownership and a strong business orientation. As a key team member, you will analyze multiple data sources to deliver data-driven insights, optimize processes, and shape our product.

You will be working closely with product managers, designers, engineers, customer success, sales, and other cross-functional teams to provide the analysis and reporting necessary to optimize product performance, specifically in the chargeback domain.

In this role, you will balance pure data analytical tasks with content-oriented projects that require a deep understanding of the chargeback management business domain.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support product decisions and feature improvements.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that highlight key product metrics and performance.
  • Provide actionable insights from data analysis to inform product strategy, drive product improvements, and enhance the user experience.
  • Utilize strong technical skills to analyze large and complex datasets.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on chargebacks and the broader product domain.
  • Suggest, execute, and analyze A/B tests and lead the implementation of results.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Conduct in-depth research on chargeback domain rules and regulations.



Requirements


  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a quantitative field. A master's degree is an advantage.
  • 5+ years of experience as a data/product/business analyst.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL.
  • Proficiency with BI/Analytics tools (e.g, Tableau).
  • Experience with Python for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development processes.
  • Understanding of chargebacks, payment systems, or related domains in fintech, e-commerce, or payments industries - Advantage
  • Experience with chargeback data management tools or fraud prevention systems- Advantage
