Description

We are looking for a self-motivated Product Data Analyst with a strong sense of ownership and a strong business orientation. As a key team member, you will analyze multiple data sources to deliver data-driven insights, optimize processes, and shape our product.

You will be working closely with product managers, designers, engineers, customer success, sales, and other cross-functional teams to provide the analysis and reporting necessary to optimize product performance, specifically in the chargeback domain.

In this role, you will balance pure data analytical tasks with content-oriented projects that require a deep understanding of the chargeback management business domain.

Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support product decisions and feature improvements.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that highlight key product metrics and performance.
Provide actionable insights from data analysis to inform product strategy, drive product improvements, and enhance the user experience.
Utilize strong technical skills to analyze large and complex datasets.
Act as the subject matter expert on chargebacks and the broader product domain.
Suggest, execute, and analyze A/B tests and lead the implementation of results.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Conduct in-depth research on chargeback domain rules and regulations.

Requirements

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a quantitative field. A master's degree is an advantage.
5+ years of experience as a data/product/business analyst.
Advanced proficiency in SQL.
Proficiency with BI/Analytics tools (e.g, Tableau).
Experience with Python for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development processes.
Understanding of chargebacks, payment systems, or related domains in fintech, e-commerce, or payments industries - Advantage
Experience with chargeback data management tools or fraud prevention systems- Advantage
