The Client Delivery Specialist ensures seamless onboarding of banking products and services for new and existing clients. This role collaborates with internal teams (Sales, Product, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Technology) and client departments (Finance, Legal, IT) to implement solutions. Responsibilities include managing multiple implementation projects, client interactions, training (in-person and virtual), action item tracking, deposit account setup, and new product rollouts. Specialists are measured by Time to Revenue and the ability to deliver a best-in-class client experience.

This person will also:

  • Facilitate implementation and billing of new products and services for clients, ensuring proper setup and customer satisfaction. Address and resolve client inquiries and operational issues.

  • Manage daily workflows related to new and incremental implementations.

  • Conduct client training sessions—virtually or onsite—developing materials, tailoring content, and ensuring training objectives are met.

  • Lead group sessions to boost product usage across clients.

  • Oversee pre- and post-implementation processes to ensure quality delivery aligned with SLAs.

  • Open and maintain deposit accounts, including for high-profile clients with complex structures.

  • Match client needs with bank capabilities, owning tasks related to onboarding, troubleshooting, and solution delivery. Manage multiple projects, such as service upgrades and reporting.

  • Maintain deep knowledge of Treasury Management products and industry trends. Collaborate with the CDTM Implementation Team to ensure compliance with documentation standards.

  • Adhere to all policies and regulations, and mentor junior specialists to ensure consistency and quality. 

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Finance, or Accounting. Required


Experience

  • 2-4 years Banking, project management or business development. Knowledge of CDTM products, and other non-borrowing and bank products and services. Required


Licenses and Certifications

  • AAP - Accredited ACH Professional. Preferred

  • CTP - Certified Treasury Professional. Preferred

  • CAMS-Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist. Preferred

  • CAPM - Certified Associate in Project Management. Preferred

  • Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive self, if applicable. Required

$51,800.00 - $88,800.00 per year
