Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Part-time: 4-6 hours daily, Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Client Timezone: Central Time


Scope:

  • 4-6 hours per day, Monday through Friday

  • Working hours: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Bedford, TX time

  • Supporting a team of 6 sales representatives

  • Company will provide Salesforce license and company email access

  • Integration with Microsoft Teams for team communication

  • Initial training period of 2-3 weeks expected

  • Potential for increased hours based on performance and team utilization

  • Opportunity to be treated as a core team member with full system access




Responsibilities
:
  • Enter customer information into Salesforce system accurately and efficiently

  • Create leads and opportunities for sales representatives

  • Support sales team members who excel at selling but need technical assistance

  • Participate in Microsoft Teams group chats with sales reps for real-time communication

  • Follow step-by-step processes provided for data entry tasks

  • Manage customer data and maintain organized records in Salesforce

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with Salesforce platform

  • Strong technology aptitude and comfort with computers

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Adobe software

  • Familiarity with modern technology tools (Google Chrome, Dropbox, cloud-based systems)

  • Quick learner who can adapt to new processes efficiently

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
