This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours/week
  • Flexible schedule Monday to Friday between 8am to 6pm New York time

  • Coordinate high-impact speaking engagements and podcast guest appearances
  • Support investor relations initiatives including:
    • Managing communication workflows
    • Coordinating product sample distribution
    • Preparing follow-up materials and documentation
  • Transform voice memo instructions into polished, professional communications
  • Provide sophisticated calendar management and scheduling support
