Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Client Timezone: VIC, Australia

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social and digital media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
  • Manage and engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages to foster connection and visibility
  • Create and manage landing pages and campaign funnels, integrated with Hubspot and Squarespace
  • Oversee website content management including page updates, blog posts, and campaign-specific content (experience with Squarespace required)
  • Conduct basic keyword research and implement SEO strategies, including basic Google Ads and Google Analytics reporting
  • Create, format, and design professional marketing materials and resources (e.g., ebooks, coaching materials, promotional assets) using Canva
  • Develop and manage webinar series and signature programs in collaboration with the business owner
  • Create and maintain detailed content and social media calendars
  • Manage and optimize email marketing sequences, customer databases, and CRM (Hubspot)
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support content direction and digital strategy
  • Track and report on digital marketing metrics, campaign performance, and lead generation activity
  • Format and optimize lead magnets, landing pages, and digital resources
  • Provide general administrative support including light financial tracking and reporting
Scope of Work:
  • Work directly with the business owner to shape and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
  • Manage the end-to-end marketing process—from planning to execution and analysis
  • Lead all digital communication efforts across website, social, and email channels
  • Provide ongoing input and execution support for business growth initiatives
  • Be a key player in designing and delivering high-impact marketing campaigns and client engagement content

Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management
  • Hands-on experience with Hubspot, Canva, Squarespace, and basic Google Ads/SEO tools
  • Proven ability to create landing pages, manage email sequences, and oversee marketing databases
  • Experience developing promotional materials, lead generation content, and client-facing resources
  • Ability to strategize, plan, and execute across all digital channels independently
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Experience with webinar creation and content-based program development is a strong plus
  • Background or interest in coaching, professional development, or wellness sectors preferred
