We're looking for a Support & Onboarding Coordinator who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about making a meaningful impact on the client experience.

This role is a critical part of our One Team model—meaning no individual owns a book of clients. Instead, you’ll work alongside onboarding leads, support specialists, and account managers to create a seamless, shared approach to onboarding and client care.

What You’ll Do

As a Support & Onboarding Coordinator, you’ll play a hybrid role supporting both new client onboarding and ongoing support operations. You’ll:

  • Assist with onboarding tasks like scheduling, tracking milestones, and preparing materials
  • Help ensure client progress by documenting calls, managing internal follow-ups, and keeping our systems updated
  • Participate in client meetings, note-taking, and action item tracking
  • Support clients with system how-tos, permission updates, and data uploads
  • Assign training videos and provide Zoom walkthroughs of modules
  • Submit and track support cases, confirming resolution before onboarding completion
  • Collaborate with the team to flag roadblocks and suggest process improvements

Success Looks Like

  • 15+ client interactions per week (calls, emails, or meetings)
  • No overdue action dates or untracked client tasks in Salesforce
  • Accurate, consistent documentation of all interactions
  • Strong mid- and post-onboarding client survey feedback

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in onboarding, customer support, or client-facing roles (SaaS preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce (or equivalent CRM experience)
  • Clear, confident communication, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and play well with others
  • Bonus points if you’ve ever helped build onboarding workflows or SOPs!
