What You'll Be Doing
Act as the primary technical and functional resource supporting the sales team throughout the sales cycle
Lead tailored product demonstrations, deeply aligned to buyer use cases and value drivers
Collaborate with the Product team to relay market feedback, inform roadmap priorities, and understand upcoming releases
Coordinate with Product and Engineering on unique configuration requests or feasibility questions
Respond to technical sections of RFPs/RFIs and assist in building proof-of-concept trials when needed
Analyze prospect data and run rates to identify trends, forecast savings/ ROI, and support sales strategies
Be the bridge between field feedback and internal product strategy
