The Product Manager will work closely with game designers and collaborate across multiple disciplines to create features that will grow the product for years to come.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with a cross-functional team of talented developers to deliver features that positively affect the game’s core KPIs.
  • Use data and analysis to lead the optimization and iteration of live features.
  • Support the experimentation roadmap and lead the design, implementation, and analysis of A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to define success metrics, build test plans, and ensure statistical rigor.
  • Evangelize a test-and-learn culture across product and growth teams by educating others on best practices.
  • Define, monitor, and report on product KPIs and user behavior through dashboards and internal reporting tools.
  • Partner with the data team to improve instrumentation, metric definitions, and accessibility of self-serve insights.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to uncover opportunities, validate product ideas, and measure feature impact.
  • Align stakeholders across product, engineering, design, art, and analytics to ensure smooth product delivery and test execution.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to influence decisions and shape product direction.

  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hands-on experience running A/B tests and working with experimentation tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL and comfort with analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks, Tableau).
  • Strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, data-first environment.
  • Passion for mobile games.

  • NICE TO HAVE
  • Background in free-to-play (F2P) mobile games, especially with experience optimizing user retention, engagement, or monetization through data.
