Jam City is hiring a Product Manager to work on Cookie Jam, a top-grossing mobile game. Reporting to the Product Lead, the Product Manager will work to deliver against the game’s long-term strategic roadmap, leveraging a deep understanding of free-to-play (F2P) gaming to set KPI goals, conduct analysis, and guide development of new game systems and features.
The ideal candidate is passionate about games, a strategic thinker, can approach her/his work like an analyst and a designer, and has a proven track record in product management and F2P design. The Product Manager will work closely with game designers and collaborate across multiple disciplines to create features that will grow the product for years to come.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify high-potential opportunities and lead the delivery of MVPs that balance speed, simplicity, and learning.
Work closely with a cross-functional team of talented developers to deliver features that positively affect the game’s core KPIs.
Use data and analysis to lead the optimization and iteration of live features.
Support the experimentation roadmap and lead the design, implementation, and analysis of A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
Collaborate with data analysts to define success metrics, build test plans, and ensure statistical rigor.
Evangelize a test-and-learn culture across product and growth teams by educating others on best practices.
Define, monitor, and report on product KPIs and user behavior through dashboards and internal reporting tools.
Partner with the data team to improve instrumentation, metric definitions, and accessibility of self-serve insights.
Use quantitative and qualitative data to uncover opportunities, validate product ideas, and measure feature impact.
Align stakeholders across product, engineering, design, art, and analytics to ensure smooth product delivery and test execution.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to influence decisions and shape product direction.
QUALIFICATIONS
2–4+ years of product management experience with strong emphasis on analytics and experimentation.
Hands-on experience running A/B tests and working with experimentation tools.
Proficiency in SQL and comfort with analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks, Tableau).
Strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, data-first environment.
Passion for mobile games.
NICE TO HAVE
Background in free-to-play (F2P) mobile games, especially with experience optimizing user retention, engagement, or monetization through data.
Familiarity with game analytics frameworks, cohort analysis, and live ops optimization.
Familiarity with Python for data modeling (e.g., user segmentation, LTV modeling, churn prediction).
