What You Will Be Doing

Design and deploy next-generation AI monitoring systems that don't just watch - they predict and prevent
Architect intelligent CI/CD pipelines that make manual interventions the exception, not the rule

What You Won’t Be Doing

Playing whack-a-mole with system issues - your mission is to create AI systems smart enough to handle routine operations autonomously

DevOps Specialist Key Responsibilities

Engineer and maintain hyper-resilient cloud services that deliver beyond the five-nines (99.99%) reliability while orchestrating AI-powered upgrades that anticipate and adapt to client requirements

Basic Requirements

A mindset that puts AI first - you should see AI as your primary collaborator, not just a tool
Minimum 2 years of hands-on DevOps experience, with proven success in CI/CD automation and infrastructure orchestration
2+ years working with major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), turning cloud capabilities into automated solutions
Deep understanding of AI/ML tools for operational intelligence, or an insatiable appetite to master them
Strong coding capabilities with a focus on creating AI-enhanced automation systems

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
