Ready to revolutionize cloud operations with AI? We're not just keeping up with the future - we're creating it.
In a landscape where 73% of organizations grapple with operational inefficiencies, IgniteTech stands apart. We're pioneering AI-first cloud solutions that don't just respond to problems - they prevent them. Our vision? Cloud infrastructure that thinks ahead, learns continuously, and evolves autonomously.
Forget everything you know about traditional DevOps. We're not looking for someone to put out fires - we're looking for someone to build systems so intelligent they prevent fires from starting. Imagine crafting AI systems that catch 95% of issues before users notice and deploying automation that slashes deployment times by a third.
If you're energized by the intersection of AI and cloud infrastructure, and you dream of building self-healing systems that push the boundaries of what's possible, we want to talk to you. Join our global team of visionaries who are redefining what cloud services can achieve in the AI era.
What You Will Be Doing
- Design and deploy next-generation AI monitoring systems that don't just watch - they predict and prevent
- Architect intelligent CI/CD pipelines that make manual interventions the exception, not the rule
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Playing whack-a-mole with system issues - your mission is to create AI systems smart enough to handle routine operations autonomously
DevOps Specialist Key Responsibilities
- Engineer and maintain hyper-resilient cloud services that deliver beyond the five-nines (99.99%) reliability while orchestrating AI-powered upgrades that anticipate and adapt to client requirements
Basic Requirements
- A mindset that puts AI first - you should see AI as your primary collaborator, not just a tool
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on DevOps experience, with proven success in CI/CD automation and infrastructure orchestration
- 2+ years working with major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), turning cloud capabilities into automated solutions
- Deep understanding of AI/ML tools for operational intelligence, or an insatiable appetite to master them
- Strong coding capabilities with a focus on creating AI-enhanced automation systems
