What You Will Be Doing

Coordinate and execute both physical and online events, such as webinars and live demos, following a streamlined process.
Ensure our client-facing communities on platforms like Slack and LinkedIn remain dynamic and true to our brand's voice.
Utilize GenAI tools such as ChatGPT and Jasper for crafting promotional content, including email invitations and social media updates.

What You Won’t Be Doing

If you're expecting to simply schedule Zoom links and make Canva graphics without leveraging AI, this isn't the role for you.

Event Manager Key Responsibilities

Enhance brand awareness and boost customer engagement and retention through high-quality, scalable events and active community management.

Basic Requirements

Must reside in North America.
A minimum of three years' experience in organizing both physical and virtual events.
Skilled in using GenAI tools for content creation related to events and communities.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
