The Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Territory Sales Manager to drive sales of our Multicam CNC systems. This role requires a hands-on, consultative approach to sales, with a strong emphasis on customer engagement and relationship building. The specific geographic territory will be determined based on candidate location and market needs, but candidates must be based in either Ohio, Michigan, or Indiana.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan within an assigned territory
Prospect, identify, and engage potential customers in target industries
Conduct onsite product demonstrations and presentations
Collaborate with application engineers and support teams to deliver tailored solutions
Attend regional trade shows and industry events
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in CNC machinery, industrial equipment, or capital goods
Strong technical aptitude and understanding of CNC cutting systems or similar equipment
Proven ability to manage a sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently from a home base
Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed
Must reside in Ohio, Michigan, or Indiana
