What You Will Be Doing

• Translate specs into structured estimates that make our sales team swoon.
• Pull together accurate BOMs using input from clients or our savvy technical team.
• Get your hands dirty with labor scopes, license renewals, and low-complexity quotes.
• Estimate design, programming, and commissioning hours like a crystal ball-reading wizard.
• Team up with engineering to figure out “how much effort this will actually take.”
• Write sharp, professional proposals that show off both our tech chops and branding swagger.
• Be part detective (client interviews, spec reviews) and part data ninja (pricing, materials, timelines).
  
  

What You Need For This Position

• 2 year technical degree/certificate and/or 2 years of applicable experience
• 2+ years of hands on industrial automation experience (proven expertise is more important than number of years)
• Thorough understanding of industrial automation system architectures and their various components.
• Excellent writing and document composition skills
• Excellent verbal skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel (up to 10% of the time) to customer sites as required
