What You Will Be Doing

Develop Brain Lifts: Create a dynamic repository of expert insights that refine AI tools, guide strategic decisions, and deepen your understanding of the domain.
Drive Product Iterations: Implement small, data-informed product enhancements weekly to align the product with a measurable business outcome.

What You Won’t Be Doing

Overseeing roadmaps or determining "what to build"
Crafting exhaustive PRDs, managing backlogs, or detailing every screen or edge case
Creating technical solutions or software architecture

Principal Product Manager Key Responsibilities

Ensure desired product outcomes are achieved and validated through data analysis.

Basic Requirements

A minimum of 4 years in a product leadership role with experience in shaping product vision and owning the core problem-solution hypothesis.
Proven track record of launching at least one product that reached users, with demonstrated learning from usage data or outcomes.
Passion for integrating AI into daily work tasks such as research, analysis, synthesis, or strategy.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
