Job Description & Requirements:

Implement processes to monitor and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data governance policies.
Work with developers, product manager and business users to understand their data needs, define data requirements, and develop solutions that meet their requirements
Identify and implement improvements to data pipelines and infrastructure to enhance performance and scalability.
Identify list of Data Items for conversion- Identify Data attributes (fields) for each item
Create/Update data templates
Populate Data templates with clean data
Create/Update data load steps
Mock data load in Dev env
Modify adjust data load steps
Interact daily with business units and business owners to understand business processes and key requirements, proactively working to resolve issues with Data
Develop automation scripts to streamline data processing tasks.
Monitor and troubleshoot data-related issues
Identify current data gaps
Prepare and analyse data conversion requirements
Skill and Experience Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Data Science, or related field or equivalent work experience
Proven experience a Data engineer, Data analyst, or similar role (3+ years)
Expertise in Salesforce data structures and API integration
Experience with Salesforce Data Loader, Workbench, and reporting tools
Familiarity with ETL tools and ELT frameworks for data transformation and loading
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and potentially other languages like Java or Scala
Experience with various database systems, including relational databases (SQL), NoSQL databases, and data warehousing solutions
Understanding of data warehousing concepts, technologies, and best practices
Ability to design and implement data models to support business needs
Understanding of data governance principles and security best practices
Knowledge of software engineering principles, such as design patterns, version control, and testing methodologies.
