Job description

Our Client, a Health Insurance company, is looking for a Customer Service Rep I for their Remote location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Duties include taking incoming calls and make call back to customers
  • May involve 40-60 calls a day
  • Customer service background required, call center experience is big plus
 
Requirements:
  • Should have strong Tech skills, proficient with computers, candidates need to use reference library which is a website
  • Education: High school diploma
