Job description

Seeking an Oracle DB Lead position based in Orlando, FL, or remote within the EST time zone. A seasoned professional with a strong background in database technologies and proven team leadership experience, confident in the ability to drive and deliver high-quality results aligned with organizational goals. Available to start immediately and fully comfortable working remotely or on-site within the EST time zone as required.

Primary Skill: Oracle DB and PostgreSQL DB

High-level JD for DB Lead USA- Management Role

An experienced team lead or manager who has strong management skills in taking responsibility of a Database Team.
Coming from a technical background and knowledge in Oracle DB and PostgreSQL DB would be advantageous
Team workload allocation management
Be accountable for quality of work that is completed by team members.
