Position Overview:
The Admin/Coordinator will manage the review, research and controls to support Broker sales of Institutional & Retail Life business.
Responsible for maintaining the credentials required by each State, updating internal systems, and communicating changes to key stakeholders.
Pay Rate: $25.76/Hour
Responsibilities:
Research and analysis of current Brokers' license & appointment status to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards and requirements sales.
Review and processing of Broker licensing and appointment requests, renewals and expirations.
Perform Quality Reviews of processes; identify gaps and suggest solutions.
Qualifications:
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Detail oriented -Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills set are required.
Basic knowledge/ability to navigate Client administrative systems
Critical thinking and decisions making skills
Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate and build relationships.
